The HTA preparative station handles all the sample preparation phases for liquid and, for almost all the applications, also for solid samples.

Its open structure allows a modular approach. The HT600USP stations have a modular structure made up of several elements: the main module and additional modules (vortex, balance, cap/uncap device, homogenizer…) that can be combined in order to implement your custom processes.

The use of the PC and of the user-friendly software allows to obtain the maximum versatility in implementing or modifying methods. The software can be integrated with database and LIMS systems of your company.

HT600USP Universal Sampler Preparator is a revolutionary preparative station, based on a SCARA robotics (movimentation of a robotic arm by the combination of two or more rotations), that assures small footprint and high flessibility. The main module performs these operations:

• Serial and parallel diluition;
• Derivatisation;
• Movimentation;
• Filtration (optional).

Additional modules to carry out the following operations:

• Agitation (vortex, orbital, magnetic…);
• Thermal conditioning;
• Solid compound dispensation;
• Weigthing;
• Omogenization and ultrasound bath;
• Cap/ Uncap device, Traceability through mono and two-dimensional bar codes;
• LIMS connection;
• Rotating tray to extend workstation capacity.

All the elements, main and additional modules, are perfectly integrated in a single product. Besides there is also the integration of accurate wash systems, active or passive, to wash the components in contact with the sample (eg.: the syringe needle) in order to avoid any form of cross contamination.

In the standard configuration it has a footprint of only 50cm. To handle higher number of samples it’s possible to add a rotating tray: also in this case the dimensions remain small (only 100cm).

It handles samples in several formats: different vials and tubes , beakers, flasks, 96 well microplates. The containers can be close or not with caps, with or without septa.

The HT600 stations are designed on the platform for liquid handling and sample preparation on which are based our autosamplers. So the customer can benefit from a solid platform and also a highly customized  solution.
