Are you using a Chromatography Data System (CDS) software? HTA's autosamplers will not require any modification to your actual habitudes: you will able to operate as before the purchasing of the autosampler. On HPLC side you will continue setup and start work sequences by your CDS. On autosampler side you just need to confirm work sequence by the integrated Keypad, by HT-COMSFOT or by the same CDS (if it is supported).
HT-COMSOFT is the Microsoft Windows based software family dedicated to manage HTA autosamplers. The software may be run stand-alone or alongside other Windows software such as Chromatography Data System. All the not-above-mentioned CDS are compatible with HTA autosamplers, although they don't support direct method and sequence editing.
