What is it about?
By enrolling in the program, you will receive one email every week for the following 10 weeks or so. The aim of the program is to provide users of HTA instruments with practical advice and tips in order to make them power-users.
Regardless you just bough your HTA instrument or you have been playing with it for a while, you will find valuable content: the feedbacks we got from similar Customer Excellence Programs have been all very positive. By enrolling you will learn how to fine-tune instrument settings and how to exploit more advanced features of our instruments for a better and more complete experience.
Is it provided for free?
The program is reserved to everyone owning an HTA instrument; it is provided for free.
What is it not?
This is not a chromatography or spectroscopy introduction course: program contents target professionals, the content of the program is aimed at professionals who know the basics of the analytical techniques they are using.
This is not a product familiarization course: you are expected to be able to operate your HTA product. If this is not the case please contact us here to get a familiarization/training course.
How do I enroll in the program?
Please click on the button at the bottom of the page. You will be required to provide your email address and to indicate for which product model you would like to enroll. At this time we provide the program for a limited number of instruments: we are working towards an extension to other products of our range; if your product is not listed yet, come back regularly to check or contact us to be notified as soon released.
