New Video: Flow-Through Cell autosampler
A new video for HT1500U for FTC has been published. HT1500U for FTC is a HTA autosampler for Flow-Through Cell, able to automate the sample loading into UV-Visible/NIR Spectrophotometers and colorimeters. This video focuses on the following steps of the sample processing:
- Sample loading on the autosampler carousel
- Optional line priming and washing
- Aspiration of liquid from the sample tube and subsequent flow cell loading
- Optional air gap and sample recovery after data acquisition
In particular, air gap option is suggested in case of precious sample in order to reduce the sample consumption. Sample recovery can also be enabled in order to refill the original tube with the processed sample to make it suitable for further analysis.
