Looking to automate headspace applications with demanding trace-level sensitivity?
If standard static headspace sampling falls short, HTA’s Dynamic Headspace solution offers
unmatched performance for your most challenging analyses.
HTA Dynamic Headspace Autosamplers combine the proven robustness and reliability of HTA technology with the enhanced sensitivity of Dynamic Headspace (DHS) sampling. Designed for seamless integration with Electronic Noses, Ion Mobility Spectrometers (IMS), and micro-GCs, they provide true walk-away automation—ideal for unattended trace-level analysis.
A fully automated process ensures efficient and consistent dynamic headspace sampling. Each vial is transferred into a heated, shaking oven to accelerate equilibrium, then sampled using a double-needle system that flushes the headspace with inert gas and delivers volatiles directly to the connected analyzer. Intelligent scheduling enables incubation of the next vial to begin while the current sample is still being analyzed—maximizing throughput and minimizing idle time.
HTA Dynamic Headspace Autosamplers come in multiple configurations to meet a wide range of laboratory requirements. The HT4000H model is designed for high-throughput labs, offering 66 positions for 20 ml vials and a heated oven that accommodates 8 vials simultaneously—maximizing sample overlap and productivity. The 2010H model provides 42 positions for 6, 10, or 20 ml vials, with a 6-sample heated oven, ideal for medium- to high-volume workflows. For smaller batch processing, the 2110H model supports up to 14 samples, lifting each vial individually into the heating zone for precise agitation and conditioning.
