HTA Introduces the Happiness Score

HTA is proud to announce the launch of the Happiness Score, a new feature designed to enhance the user experience of our GC autosampler line.

Starting today, the Happiness Score will be available on all newly manufactured standard models. Owners of our latest-generation autosamplers already in use may also be eligible for an upgrade to enable this functionality. 

At HTA, we believe that innovation should improve people’s lives. With this in mind, we developed the Happiness Score as a smart, customer-centric tool aimed at helping our clients get the most out of their instruments. 

Thanks to an enhanced AI model integrated into our GC autosamplers, the Happiness Score is able to automatically measure user satisfaction during regular operation. This continuous feedback allows us to detect early signs of challenging usage or sub-optimal performance, so we can proactively reach out and help resolve any issues—before they affect your workflow. 

Of course, the Happiness Score operates with the explicit consent of our customers. Data is processed only after receiving approval, and we will reach out only when you permit us to do so. 

This tool is also made available to our authorized resellers and OEM partners, empowering them to better support their customer base and deliver an even higher level of service. 

We see the Happiness Score as an important step toward connecting manufacturers with end users—bringing valuable insight from the field back to the factory floor, and creating a virtuous loop of continuous improvement.
